ZPU electric grease lubrication pump
 applicable to high lubricant frequency, dense lubrication points , is used to supply grease both in 40 MPa pressure dual line and single line centralized lubrication system. Also applicable to low oil frequency, less lubrication points, big oil pump capacity, easily to remove when fitted with wheel, tube, oil gun and wire.

Lubricants: grease with penetration of no less than 265 (25°C,150g) 1/10mm  and lubricant oils with viscosity of no less than N68.

Installation 
1. Pump should be fixed right in the place with suitable temperature, less dust, facilitate inspection, maintenance and adding lubricants.
2. Pump should be installed in the central position of the system, to ensure the pump produce enough pressure. 
3. Should use clean grease. Should inject grease from the oil-in place on the tank by lubricant feed pump. Before the first time use the pump, better feed with lubricant oil to take out the air.
4. After three months use of motor, should add lubricants of 3# aluminum disulfide, then add more every four months.
5. outdoor work or bad environment work should take protective measures.
