Product Description

XHZ lubrication station contains reservoir, low pressure pump unit, oil filter, cooler, gauge unit, piping ,valves and electrical control cabinet
 
2.Nominal oil supply pressure(Oil outlet pressure) ≤ 0.5Mpa.
 
3.Oil supply Temperature: 40± 3°C.
 
4.filter precision  is 0.08mm~0.12mm
 
5.cooling water temperature ≤ 30°C.
 
6.cooling water pressure  is 0.2~0.4MPa, steam pressure is 0.2~0.4MPa.
 
7.The pump nominal pressure should higher than 0.63MPa
 
8.When oil to cooler higher than 50°C,after cool ,temperature will reduce ≥8°C.
 
9.Send the lubricant oil to friction part of machine and wash the friction parts,form the oil film to reduce the machine friction and wear.And take away the heat produced by the friction,ensure machines running well,and prolong the machine life.
 
10.This station has 2 LP pumps, one on duty, one standby. In normal, one pump works. If the pressure is lower than 0.1MPa, the standby pump begins to work.
