1. Construction and working principle

DJB-F200 electric filling pump is a constant displacement pump meshed with straight cylindrical gears. The pump is driven by motor 1, and gear shaft 5 is driven by coupling 2, transmission shaft 3 and coupling 4 to complete oil suction and pressure action of gear oil pump.
5, Usage and precautions

1. The medium used for the electric refueling pump is lubricating grease with a cone penetration of not less than 220 (25 ºC 150g) 1/10mm.

2. The oil inlet filter screen should be cleaned regularly according to usage.

3. If the motor does not produce oil during operation, it should be checked for correct rotation. If there is a wiring error, it should be adjusted.
